Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ed Lewis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Skyler Seeley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lewis comes to the cage accompanied by I Am Canadian. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ed Lewis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Skyler Seeley!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Seeley looks to land a combination but Lewis avoids it well.
Seeley shoots in and drives through. Lewis sprawls well.
Lewis throws a half hearted mid kick.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Seeley looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lewis is fending him off so far but Seeley persists. Nope, Lewis circles away and we're back to standing.

Seeley shoots in looking for a takedown. Lewis tries to sprawl out of it but Seeley keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lewis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Lewis thows a body kick. Seeley tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Nice takedown defense from Lewis. No joy for Seeley on that attempt.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lewis looks to land a combination. Seeley sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

and Seeley holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ed Lewis dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Seeley shoots in looking for a takedown. Lewis tries to sprawl out of it but Seeley keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lewis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Seeley shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Seeley showed some decent athleticism there.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ed Lewis will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!
