The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klitschko connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Holliday momentarily.
Klitschko throws a shot to the body.
Klitschko fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Holliday on the side of the head.

Klitschko throws out a loose jab but Holliday uses good head movement to avoid it.
Klitschko goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Holliday has a takedown stuffed.

Klitschko throws a body punch but Holliday moves out of range.
Klitschko throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Holliday sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Klitschko cracks Holliday with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Klitschko has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Holliday to stand back up!

Klitschko feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Holliday sprawling to the canvas! Holliday rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Klitschko finish him?!

Klitschko looks to score with a jab to the body but Holliday is just out of range.
Klitschko really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Holliday is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Klitschko.

Klitschko throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Klitschko cracks Holliday with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Holliday is trying desperately to land a takedown but Klitschko is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Holliday.

Klitschko gets caught flat footed, as Holliday shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Holliday drops back looking for a leg! Klitschko is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Klitschko manages to kick Holliday off! Holliday jumps back into Klitschko's guard.

Klitschko wriggles free and stands up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Klitschko displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Holliday throws out the jab.

Holliday stumbles backwards against the cage. Klitschko steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Holliday's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Holliday just didn't come prepared.
