The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heines throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bell.
Heines misses with a jab, cross combination.
Heines connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Bell shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Heines pinned against the cage. Heines gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A combination from Heines does no damage.
Heines swings for the body but Bell moves out of range.

Heines throws a right and a left that Bell avoids nicely.
Heines looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Bell tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Heines swivels and escapes.
Heines slips a jab and a cross from Bell.
Heines looks to land a combination. Bell sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

and Bell counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Bell won't allow Heines to get back to his feet.
Bell is looking to stand up but Heines won't let him.
Bell is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Heines manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Bell takes the fight into the clinch.
Heines has had enough of the clinch but Bell keeps him there for the moment.
Heines wants to get back to striking at distance but Bell won't allow it.

Heines pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Bell takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

A frustrated look appears on Heines's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Bell tries for a takedown but Heines manages to get underhooks.

and Heines counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Heines throws a series of punches but Bell avoids them all with ease.

Heines drops Bell with a beautiful combination! Bell stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Heines is looking for the KO!

Heines lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Bell falls backwards - clearly groggy! Heines dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
