The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Power misses with a series of wild punches.

Power shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Zerynchuk is trying to defend but Power finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Zerynchuk escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Power gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Power cracks Zerynchuk with a solid left hand.

Zerynchuk working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Power doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Power manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That was a close second round but I would say that Vladimir Zerynchuk will probably get the nod.
