Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arttu Loppi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jyrki Kapane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jyrki Kapane is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Loppi misses with a takedown attempt - Kapane sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Kapane throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Loppi stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Kapane shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Loppi's guard.

Kapane postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Loppi changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Kapane looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Kapane tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Loppi wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Loppi is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Kapane knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
