PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Flash Rage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and the champ (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rage keeps the fight on the outside.
champ tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rage sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten champ somewhat.

Rage scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
champ is trying to escape the position but Rage is controlling the position.

The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
champ tries to buck Rage off but Rage is having none of it.

champ has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rage is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Flash Rage has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of the champ.
