The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tweet fails with a takedown attempt.
Sturd looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tweet is fending him off so far but Sturd persists. Nope, Tweet circles away and we're back to standing.
Tweet swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tweet misses with a few strikes there.
Tweet pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Tweet throws a leg kick which misses Sturd's front leg but catches the back leg as Sturd tries to avoid it.

Sturd misses with a takedown attempt
and Tweet counters with a one-two to the body.
Tweet misses with a straight left.
Sturd shoots in but no luck this time.
Anthony Tweet has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Sturd.

Sturd has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Tweet finds it's way round the side to connect with Sturd's head.

and Tweet counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Sturd looks gassed!
Sturd takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Tweet steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Sturd is out on his feet! Tweet sets himself and nearly takes Sturd's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
