Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Vassell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keichi Ju (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Keichi Ju!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Jorge Garcia and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ju waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Vassell.
Vassell shoots in but no luck this time.
Vassell closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Ju throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Vassell moves out of range as Ju strikes.
Vassell lands a nice shot to the body.
Vassell throws a big shot that misses.
Vassell is trying hard to land a takedown here. Ju sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Ju tries to close the distance and clinch but Vassell swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Ju gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Vassell throws and elbow that misses. Ju uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Vassell's guard. Nice move by Ju!

Vassell seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Vassell thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Ju wants to improve his position but Vassell is controlling well.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that Tyler Vassell will probably get the nod.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Ju accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Vassell shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ju pinned against the cage. Ju gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Vassell drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Vassell throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ju's waist but Ju gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Vassell off to one side.
