The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Paulo Santos and Alexandre Firmino.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cristophe stuffs the takedown attempt from McGee. McGee gets slowly back to his feet.
Cristophe misses with a double jab.
McGee shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cristophe but Cristophe pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cristophe finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Cristophe scores with a punch to the head.
Cristophe looks to land a body kick but McGee moved away.
Cristophe throws a shot from downtown. McGee moves away and avoids it.
McGee uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Cristophe.
Cristophe does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
McGee shoots for a takedown but Cristophe saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Leo Cristophe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pouncy McGee.

Cristophe darts in and clinches McGee up against the cage.
McGee wants a takedown.
Cristophe is pressed up against the cage. McGee has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Cristophe down to the mat. Cristophe avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
McGee tries to close the distance and clinch up but Cristophe swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Cristophe moves into range and clinches up with McGee.

McGee has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Cristophe is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

McGee drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
McGee tries for a takedown. No joy.

Cristophe has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed McGee clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Cristophe is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged McGee with him. McGee is trying to defend but Cristophe has an arm under the chin now! McGee grimaces and is forced to tap out!
