Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hatt Mughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wilson Rico (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hatt Mughes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wilson Rico!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Matheus Silva and Edson Gomes.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rico throws the kick towards the body but Mughes avoids it.
Mughes steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Rico.
Mughes on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Rico. Rico obviously looking to wear him down.
Rico defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Mughes.

Mughes shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Mughes is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Rico can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Rico is squirming around, avoiding Mughes's attempts to control the action.
Rico wants to control but Mughes is having none of it.

Mughes swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Rico is now in Mughes's guard. A big mistake from Mughes there, giving up the dominant position!

Mughes looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Rico is defending well. Mughes quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Rico has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Mughes celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
