Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Axo Lotl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and mr pearl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). pearl comes into a darkened arena with his song building. yes kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
pearl misses the jab.
Lotl keeps the fight on the outside.
pearl misses with an uppercut. Lotl saw that one coming.
Lotl throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lotl throws a series of punches but pearl moves out of range.
Lotl throws an uppercut from half a mile away. pearl sees it coming and avoids it easily.

Lotl gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

pearl shoots in for a takedown but Lotl shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
