The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Anderson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Satani shoots in for a double leg but Anderson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Satani moves in looking to clinch but Anderson pushes him off.
Satani tries to clinch but Anderson moves out of range.
Anderson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Satani moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Satani wants to clinch.
Satani is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Anderson doesn't manage to clinch there - Satani circles away.

Satani instigates a clinch.
Anderson tries for a takedown but Satani manages to get underhooks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Anderson drops down looking for an ankle pick but Satani pulls his leg out and moves away.
Anderson keeps the fight on the outside.
Anderson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Nick Anderson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Satani fails with an attempt to clinch.

Anderson throws a head kick but Satani moves out of range.

Satani drives through and clinches with Anderson against the cage.

Satani closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

and Satani counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Satani.
Anderson is breathing heavily.

Satani jumps guard.

Satani is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Anderson is aware though and is defending well.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Anderson looking to sit in guard and control but Satani gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Satani accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Satani wants to control from the top but Anderson keeps moving.

Satani drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Satani seems to have locked his on tight now - Anderson screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Satani, as he picks up the win!
