The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reynolds misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A solid body kick from Herrera.
Herrera drops Reynolds with a right and a left! Herrera comes rushing in but Reynolds regains his composure and manages to keep Herrera in guard.

It looks like Landon Reynolds has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Reynolds throws a solid leg kick but Herrera takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Reynolds.
Reynolds fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Herrera on the side of the head.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Herrera ducks right into an uppercut from Reynolds.

and Reynolds counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Reynolds lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Herrera blocks a low kick nicely.
Reynolds smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
A jab lands there for Reynolds.
Reynolds throws a head kick but Herrera moves out of range.
Reynolds digs a good body shot into Herrera's ribs.
Jorge Herrera seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Herrera blocks a low kick nicely.
Herrera throws a left and a right that both miss
and Reynolds counters with a right hand to the body.
Reynolds lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Herrera throws a wild body kick that Reynolds sees coming a mile off.

Reynolds slips a jab and a cross from Herrera.
Reynolds throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Herrera on the side of the head.
Reynolds pivots, looking for a leg kick but Herrera is out of range and Reynolds settles back down.
A lazy left from Reynolds finds it's target.
Reynolds lands with a straight right. Herrera didn't see that one coming.

Herrera throws a nice looking combination but Reynolds bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Reynolds throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Herrera stumbling backwards into the cage! Herrera bounces back off the cage towards Reynolds, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Reynolds lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Reynolds celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
