The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pedersen shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Griffin as he avoids it easily.
Griffin could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
A punch combination from Pedersen misses.

Pedersen scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Griffin keeps Pedersen under control for a moment.
Pedersen is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Griffin will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
