Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Moses Kippo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and I Hard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kippo's entrance music is Killing Time. A fine choice. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Sano and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kippo moves out of range of the strikes.
Hard throws an overhand right that lands on Kippo's shoulder, as Kippo tries to avoid the shot.

Kippo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hard's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Kippo wanted to stand there but Hard had control of the position.
Kippo stays in close to Hard's body and controls the position.

Kippo swings and misses with a hook to the body.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kippo looks to land a right hand but Hard moved out of range.
Hard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kippo paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Kippo scores with a hook to the body. Hard takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Hard misses the shot to the body.

Hard gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Hard looks gassed!
Kippo thows a big elbow that misses.

Kippo is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Kippo tries to stand but Hard is controlling from the bottom.
Hard looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kippo is one step ahead there.

Kippo is pushing down on Hard's leg trying to pass to half guard. Hard is fighting to maintain full guard but Kippo has managed to sneak the leg through.

Kippo gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
Hard misses with an uppercut. Kippo saw that one coming.
Kippo throws a right and a left that both miss.
Kippo clobbers Hard with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Hard takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Hard drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Kippo throws an overhand right that lands on Hard's shoulder, as Hard tries to avoid the shot.
Kippo uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hard.
Hard misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kippo.
Kippo with a body punch. A glancing blow.

Kippo connects with a single shot there.
Kippo lands a nice shot to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kippo punishes Hard's body with a nice straight punch.

Kippo drops Hard with a right and a left! Kippo comes rushing in but Hard regains his composure and manages to keep Kippo in guard.

Hard is rocked!

Hard can't keep his opponent in guard - Kippo advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Kippo decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kippo scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Kippo lands a slapping body shot.
Hard tries to bum rush Kippo with a series of wild strikes but Kippo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hard slaps away a takedown attempt from Kippo, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Kippo displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Kippo fails with a takedown attempt.
Hard wants to clinch
and Kippo counters with a straight right hand.
Hard throws an overhand right that lands on Kippo's shoulder, as Kippo tries to avoid the shot.
Hard has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kippo finds it's way round the side to connect with Hard's head.
Hard takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Hard throws a good cross that connects.

Kippo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hard was covering up waiting for the punch and Kippo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hard has momentary wrist control but Kippo slips an elbow through the middle.
Kippo is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hard can do to turn this around?
Hard is breathing heavily.

Kippo advances to half guard.
Kippo moves into full mount! Hard won't be happy about that!
Kippo lands a big shot there that rocks Hard but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Kippo sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

Kippo working for a guillotine from mount but Hard is in no mood to give up.
Hard is desperately trying to improve his position but Kippo has a good base and remains in mount.

Kippo wants to finish this one by submission but Hard is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Kippo.
Kippo blocks Hard's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Hard has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Kippo controls the action.

Kippo is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Hard wants to control his opponent's hands but Kippo gets his hands free.
