Emelianenko comes into the arena with Enea Vollare Mezzo blaring out of the sound system. Fedor Emelianenko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emelianenko lands with an uppercut that bounces Kahn off the cage and back into rage.

It looks like Tyson Kahn has been cut.

Kahn fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Emelianenko sprawls well initially but Kahn persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Kahn looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
