Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Angree McHobo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ichiro Chan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chan comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Spartan X kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Ichiro Chan is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McHobo throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Chan was covering up waiting for the punch and McHobo finishes the takedown easily into guard.
McHobo might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
McHobo forces his way into half guard.
McHobo wants to pass the guard but Chan is defending well.

Chan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McHobo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. McHobo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Chan escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. McHobo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

McHobo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Chan is just riding it out for now. McHobo eventually gives up the hold.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Chan will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Chan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

McHobo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Chan moves away.

McHobo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Chan as he avoids it easily.

McHobo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Chan throws out the jab.
McHobo connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Chan momentarily.
Chan lands with a hook. McHobo tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

McHobo tries for a takedown but Chan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
McHobo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Angree McHobo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
McHobo tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Chan throws a quick head kick that skims the top of McHobo's head.

McHobo is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Chan has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Chan!
