Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hunter Milwakee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanly Manly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter Milwakee has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hunter Milwakee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Stanly Manly!
The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Illya Tyunina and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Milwakee decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Milwakee is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Manly sees it coming and defends easily.

Milwakee is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Manly has managed to free his arm - good work.
Manly has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Milwakee is working away from the top position though.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Manly has eaten all the pies!
Milwakee trying to control the pace.
Milwakee wants to pass the guard but Manly is defending well.
Milwakee seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Milwakee throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Manly tries to roll over but Milwakee keeps him under control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Manly fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Milwakee sprawls well initially but Manly persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Manly is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Manly is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Manly wants to lay and pray for a moment but Milwakee keeps working.

Milwakee is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Manly pulls his head out easily.

Manly is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Manly is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
The fighters are battling for position here. Milwakee manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Manly postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Manly trying to control the position from guard on top but Milwakee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Manly loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Manly distracts Milwakee with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Manly has gone for a leg lock! Milwakee slips out almost immediately though and dives into Manly's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Milwakee is looking for a triangle but Manly pushes his legs off easily.
Milwakee is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Manly missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Manly wants to stand but Milwakee is controlling his posture from full guard.

Manly has gone for a leg lock! Milwakee slips out almost immediately though and dives into Manly's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Milwakee has his takedown stuffed

and Manly counters by clinching up.

Milwakee pulls guard effortlessly.
Manly looking to sit in guard and control but Milwakee gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Milwakee wanted to stand there but Manly had control of the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Milwakee is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Milwakee gets to his feet. Manly looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Manly looking for a sweep. Not yet Manly, not yet.

Milwakee stands and steps away. Manly gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Manly tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Milwakee decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Manly's guard.

Milwakee is looking to stand up but Manly won't let him.
Milwakee will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Manly trying to keep a closed guard but Milwakee is proving a slippery customer.

Milwakee gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Milwakee really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

and Milwakee counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Manly!
Milwakee is looking to stand but Milwakee has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.

Milwakee goes for an armbar but Manly turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Manly.
Manly is looking to stand up but Milwakee won't let him.
Manly trying to control but Milwakee is working from the bottom.

Manly slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Milwakee wants to control but Manly postures up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hunter Milwakee dominated that second round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Manly is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Milwakee is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Milwakee has escaped and now he's on top!

Milwakee stands up and waves to Manly to follow him.
Hunter Milwakee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Milwakee fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Manly misses with a takedown attempt

and Milwakee counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Manly's guard now.

Milwakee stands up from guard. Let's bang!

and Manly counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Hunter Milwakee is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hunter Milwakee. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Milwakee looking to control.

Manly is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Manly drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Manly jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Milwakee slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Milwakee decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Manly, up you get!
Manly shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Milwakee counters with a nice double leg into side control. Manly won't be happy with that.

And that's the end of the fight!
Hunter Milwakee showed his dominance in that final round.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Milwakee, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
