The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turcotte tries to clinch up.
Turcotte is looking to clinch but Warming is avoiding it.
Turcotte blocks a head kick by Warming.
Turcotte wants to clinch up but Warming keeps it at a distance.

Turcotte fails with an attempt to clinch.
Turcotte throws a combination. Warming tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
The fight stays on the outside here - Turcotte looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Turcotte drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Turcotte scores a takedown into full mount!

Turcotte looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Warming is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Turcotte scoring with strikes but Warming is staying in there.

Turcotte has hold of Warming's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Warming manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Warming is looking to improve his position but Turcotte isn't that keen on the idea.

Turcotte working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Warming bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Turcotte kicks Warming off and gets to his feet.

Turcotte shoots in for a double leg but Warming sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Warming thows a body kick. Turcotte tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Turcotte is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Warming connects with a nice looking jab.
Turcotte tries to close the distance and clinch up but Warming swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Turcotte throws a leg kick but Warming moved away.
Warming closes this distance looking for a takedown but Turcotte circles away.
Turcotte shoots in for a takedown but Warming shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Turcotte ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Warming moves away.
Turcotte lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Warming circles away quickly and effectively.
Warming looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Turcotte closes the distance and clinches.

Warming jumps into guard, dragging Turcotte to the mat.

Turcotte drops back looking for a leg! Warming is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Warming manages to kick Turcotte off! Turcotte jumps back into Warming's guard.

Warming is looking for a triangle but Turcotte pushes his legs off easily.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Turcotte accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Turcotte with a flurry of punches that miss.

Warming is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Warming escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Turcotte gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Warming looks gassed!
Turcotte is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Turcotte advances position into side control!
Warming manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

Turcotte is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Warming gets back to half guard.

Warming looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Turcotte is nestled in close to Warming, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Turcotte is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Warming!
Turcotte is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Warming is in real trouble.

Turcotte has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Warming! Can he survive? No! He's out! Turcotte gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
