Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Quick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abdual Jemall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jemall shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Jemall was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Quick looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Jemall is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Quick is surviving well by controlling Jemall's body position as best he can.

Jemall jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Quick manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Jemall is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Quick knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Jemall wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Quick, who protects the arm well.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Jemall scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Quick to see if he's OK.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Quick tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Jemall cranks the arm and Quick screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Quick, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
