Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Dunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kristofir Wright (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dunn comes into the arena with My Way - Frank Sanatra blaring out of the sound system. Wright has chosen You're Going Down as his entrance music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dunn as he avoids it easily.
Wright takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Dunn throws a hook but Wright avoids it easily.
Wright misses with an uppercut.
Wright fails to land the takedown.
Dunn throws a right and a left that both miss.
Wright throws a head kick that misses.
Dunn avoids the head kick by Wright.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dunn swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dunn throws a hook but Wright blocks it.
Wright ducks right into an uppercut from Dunn.

Wright has a takedown stuffed.
Alexander Dunn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kristofir Wright.
Dunn digs a good body shot into Wright's ribs.
Wright throws a sloppy head kick and Dunn moves out of range easily.

Wright slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Wright takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

It looks like Kristofir Wright has been cut.
Kristofir Wright seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dunn lands a glancing blow to the side of Wright's head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dunn ducks under a wild hook from Wright.

Wright swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Dunn counters with a straight right hand.
Dunn cracks a nice hook into Wright's ribs.
Wright looks gassed!
Wright takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Wright gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Dunn.

Dunn scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

That has opened up Kristofir Wright's cut even more.
Dunn bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Wright's head.

Dunn drops Wright with a beautiful combination! Wright stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dunn is looking for the KO!

Dunn works Wright's body with a nice hook.
Dunn is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Dunn sends Wright crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Dunn is motioning to the referee to let Wright up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Wright is still on wobbly legs! Can Dunn finish him?

The cut above Kristofir Wright's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

Dunn drops Wright with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Wright looks back up at him and smiles so Dunn waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Dunn throws a shot to the body.
Wright seems to have recovered his senses.
Wright tries to move into range but Dunn moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Kristofir Wright's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Wright shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Dunn counters with a nice right hand that sends Wright toppling to the canvas! Wright scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Dunn finish him?!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kristofir Wright's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
