Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Allan Hawthorne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sid Vicious (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawthorne closes the distance and clinches up with Vicious, looking for a takedown. Hawthorne pushes Vicious against the cage but Vicious circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

and Hawthorne counters with a takedown into side control.

Hawthorne has his foot on Vicious's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Vicious works his way back into a safe position though.
