The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
inacio looks for a takedown but Gonzalez sprawls well.

Gonzalez wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Gonzalez lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as inacio backs up against the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
inacio moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Gonzalez lands a left and a right that send inacio crashing to the mat, dazed. Gonzalez thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like luis inacio has been cut.

Gonzalez connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt inacio! He's out on his feet! Gonzalez rushes in and drops inacio with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
