Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Jorge Garcia and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Exley tries to close the distance and clinch but Snyder swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Snyder fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Exley takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Exley swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Snyder shoots for a takedown but Exley saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Exley shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Snyder napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Exley wants to control but Snyder is keeping him busy.
Exley thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Snyder can't do much from the bottom here.
Snyder is not content to let Exley control the position.

Exley looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Snyder pushes Exley away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Exley gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Snyder knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Exley on the ground.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Let's hope that Exley has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Snyder parries the strikes from Exley easily there. Exley is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Snyder to escape.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Exley is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Snyder has escaped the position, nice work there.
Snyder is trying to get back to his feet.
Exley has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Snyder is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Exley yanks on the arm and Snyder is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Exley.
