Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Justin Textmark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chingo Stack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Justin Textmark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Chingo Stack!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, James Atkins and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Textmark cracks Stack with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Stack looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Textmark looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
Textmark tries to get to full guard but Stack has control of the leg.
Stack wants to stand but Textmark has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Stack prevents Textmark from improving his position.

Textmark trying to control from the bottom.
Stack seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Textmark moves into full guard.
Stack really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Textmark. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Stack looking to pass the guard.
Textmark is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Textmark could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Stack wanted to stand there but Textmark had control of the position.
Textmark tries to land a sweep but no joy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Textmark is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Textmark wants to work for an arm triangle but Stack is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Textmark throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Stack tries to kick Textmark off but Textmark keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Stack is pressing down on Textmark's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Textmark stops Stack from standing up.
Textmark passes Stack's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Textmark is breathing heavily.

Stack has one foot on Textmark's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Textmark showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Stack.
Textmark throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stack's waist but Stack gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Textmark off to one side.
Textmark throws a jab when Stack was well out of range.

Stack scores a takedown into full mount!
Textmark is trying to escape the mount but Stack keeps good control and instead manages to take Textmark's back.

Textmark tries to escape but Stack has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Stack is trying to stick to Textmark's back but Textmark is turning into Stack. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Stack's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Textmark.

Stack can't keep his opponent in guard - Textmark advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Stack is not content to let Textmark control the position.
Textmark trying to control from Stack's half guard. Stack has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Chingo Stack dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Stack throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Textmark shoots for a double leg takedown but Stack sprawls well. He's pushed Textmark's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Textmark pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Stack takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Textmark just misses with a punch to the body.
Left hook, right uppercut from Textmark.
Stack lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.


It looks like Justin Textmark has been cut.
Stack swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Textmark.


Textmark is rocked!

Stack looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Oh Textmark is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Textmark trying to hold on to Stack's head to control him but Stack postures up.
Textmark seems to have got his legs back now.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Stack passes into side control, despite Textmark's attempt to control the position.
Stack throwing shots but missing, from side control.

Stack decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Textmark keeps the fight on the outside.
Stack tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Textmark paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Stack uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Textmark.
Chingo Stack is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Stack bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Textmark misses with an uppercut
and Stack counters with a two punch combo.

A nice leg kick lands there from Stack.
Textmark moves out of range as Stack strikes.
Textmark shoots in but no luck this time.
Stack wants to clinch up but Textmark keeps it at a distance.
Textmark misses the shot to the body.

Stack gets the takedown into side control.
Stack wants to control but Textmark is keeping him busy.
Textmark is looking for a sweep.
Stack wants to stand but Textmark has his arm trapped.

Textmark sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Textmark tries to roll over but Stack keeps him under control.
The fighters are battling for position here. Textmark manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Stack tries to stand but Textmark is controlling from the bottom.
Textmark looking to hit a scissor sweep but Stack is one step ahead there.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Stack thows a big elbow that misses.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Textmark misses the shot to the body.
Stack tries to move into range but Textmark moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Textmark swings widly with a right hand
and Stack counters with a left and a right that stings Textmark.
Textmark checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Stack misses with a low kick.
Textmark misses with a straight right.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Chingo Stack showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Stack with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stack cracks Textmark with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Stack trying to work for an americana but Textmark has managed to regain full guard.

Stack is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Stack wants to stand but Textmark has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Stack gets to his feet - Textmark follows without any prompting.
The fight stays on the outside here - Stack looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Stack looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Textmark crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Stack - the referee stops the clock and Textmark gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Stack. Textmark manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Stack tries to clinch there but Textmark circles away.

Stack shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Stack must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Textmark has his foot on Stack's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Stack works his way back into a safe position though.

The fighters circling - Textmark throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Stack throws out a loose jab but Textmark uses good head movement to avoid it.
Textmark lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Nice sprawl there from Stack as Textmark shoots in.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Justin Textmark. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Textmark throws a big shot that misses.
Textmark circles away from the clinch attempt.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

and Textmark connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Textmark misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Chingo Stack comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Stack has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
