PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yu Kanda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uzumaki Naruto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Naruto tries a head kick but it misses.
Naruto lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kanda circles away quickly and effectively.
Kanda shoots in and drives through. Naruto sprawls well.
Naruto connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Kanda drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Naruto rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kanda moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kanda changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Naruto tries to avoid it but Kanda manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Naruto to the ground. Naruto escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Kanda feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
