Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Helios Amtower (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and randy black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Amtower comes to the cage accompanied by Don't stop till you get enough. randy black will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Aafke Stam and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amtower bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Amtower tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Amtower has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Amtower taking a break here but black is having none of it and regains half guard.
Amtower is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
black flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
black is looking to improve his position.
Amtower is looking for a kimura but black is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Amtower to get the leverage.
black tries to kick Amtower off but Amtower keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

black is looking to control Amtower's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can black avoid being mounted?
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

and Amtower counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Amtower is breathing heavily.
black manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
black is going olschool here, as he tries to force Amtower to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Amtower shrugs it off.
BOOM! black connects with a massive shot to the dome!
black fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

black trying to control but he's not successful this time.
black cracks Amtower with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

black avoids the attempt from Amtower to control.

black lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Amtower hang on?

That was a close round but I would say that Helios Amtower will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Amtower gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and black counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Amtower's guard now.
black stands up and waves to Amtower to follow him.
Amtower on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Amtower keeps the fight in the clinch, despite black's efforts to push away.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

black doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Amtower decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in black's guard.
Amtower might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Amtower postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! black is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Amtower, into his guard.

Amtower escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. black gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

randy black showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Amtower closes the distance and clinches up with black, looking for a takedown. Amtower pushes black against the cage but black circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Amtower is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But black has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from black!

black stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Amtower swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Amtower has his foot on black's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. black works his way back into a safe position though.
