Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Griffin Glass (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andelko Antun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Glass comes to the cage accompanied by run to the hills- iron maiden. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Griffin Glass!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Andelko Antun!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Antun cracks the inside of Glass's front leg.
Glass shoots in looking for a takedown. Antun tries to sprawl out of it but Glass keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Antun manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Antun pushes Glass up against the cage in a clinch.
Antun scores with a knee to the head.
Antun gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Glass.

Antun unloads a knee to the mid-section. Glass lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Antun stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Glass chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Antun can pounce on him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Glass changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Antun tries to avoid it but Glass manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Antun to the ground. Antun escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Griffin Glass. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Glass shoots in for a takedown but Antun shows good takedown defense.

Oh Glass is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Antun buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Griffin Glass seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fighters circling - Antun throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Glass shoots in looking for a takedown. Antun tries to sprawl out of it but Glass keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Antun manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Antun changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Glass. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Glass wants to lay and pray for a moment but Antun keeps working.

Antun is trying to keep from getting into a worse position than he's already in but Antun is working away and isn't letting himself get tied up.

Glass goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Antun has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Glass but great work by Antun.

Glass tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Antun presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Despite being in the dominant position, Andelko Antun just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Glass shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Antun but Antun pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Antun moves into range and clinches up with Glass.
Antun lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!

Glass tries to pull guard but Antun holds him up against the cage and eventually Glass drops back down to his feet.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Antun takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Antun escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Glass displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Antun throws out the jab.
Glass takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Antun has closed the distance and engaged Glass in a clinch.

Griffin Glass is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Antun scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Glass is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Antun dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Glass. That did some damage!

Glass sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Glass has hold of Antun's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Antun manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

I've got Antun winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
