The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Literacki tries to close the distance and clinch but Heppler swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Literacki moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Maciek Literacki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Literacki wants to clinch up but Heppler keeps it at a distance.
Literacki pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Literacki leaves Heppler with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Heppler shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
