The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva moves into the clinch successfully.
Grant is trying to break the clinch but Silva is controlling him.
Silva tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Silva breaks from the clinch.
Grant pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Silva moves out of range of the strikes.
Silva swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Silva gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Silva misses with a jab, cross combination.
Grant misses with a wild body shot.

Silva ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Silva moves forwards but Grant connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Silva bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Grant's head backwards.
Silva looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Silva has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Silva there as he acknowledges the shot.
Grant tests Silva's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Grant dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

and Silva takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Grant drops Silva with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Silva! Grant dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
