The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
leznac fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Head fails to land with a series of punches.
leznac tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Head swivels and escapes.
leznac swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Head throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Head misses with a head kick.
Head throws a right and a left that leznac avoids nicely.
Head pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Head tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
leznac avoids the head kick by Head.
Head has his takedown stuffed

and leznac counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by leznac.

leznac decides to pull guard.
Head throwing strikes from guard but leznac blocks nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Head accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
leznac throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.

Head is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but leznac has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Head is looking to defend but leznac has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Head! leznac pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Head taps out and this one is all over!
