Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tetsuhiro Uwano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bugoy Torero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Uwano comes into the arena with Yngwie J. Malmsteen - Rising Force blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Torero fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Uwano sprawls well initially but Torero persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Torero shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Uwano as he jumps to the side.

Torero seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Uwano does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

and Uwano counters with a nice double leg into side control. Torero won't be happy with that.
Uwano is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Torero will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
