A fine choice. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Filipovic looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Filipovic moves in looking to clinch but Erikson pushes him off.
Mirko Filipovic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Filipovic steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Erikson. That one must have hurt.
Erikson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Erikson lands with a thumping leg kick.
Filipovic avoids the head kick by Erikson.
Erikson lands a body shot.
Filipovic is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Erikson lands a nice leg kick that just misses Filipovic's sensitive parts.
Erikson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Erikson's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Erikson duly obliges.
A head kick from Erikson lands but Filipovic takes it in his stride.

Erikson lands a left and a right that send Filipovic crashing to the mat, dazed. Erikson thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Filipovic is rocked!

It looks like Mirko Filipovic has been cut.
Filipovic loses concentration momentarily and Erikson pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Filipovic crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Erikson finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
