Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ville Murto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Nweave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murto tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nweave sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Murto somewhat.

Murto bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Nweave should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Nweave throws and elbow that misses. Murto uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Nweave's guard. Nice move by Murto!

Murto scores with a one two! Nweave had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Murto is trying to trip Nweave. He has hold of a leg but Nweave is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Murto persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Murto postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Murto drops back looking for a leg! Nweave is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nweave manages to kick Murto off! Murto jumps back into Nweave's guard.
Murto looking to sit in guard and control but Nweave gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Nweave is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Murto wants to stand up but Nweave is controlling him.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Murto manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Nweave moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Bob Nweave showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Nweave got a little sloppy there for a moment and Murto has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Nweave has managed to get both his arms back between Murto's legs - danger averted.

Nweave has an Americana. Murto didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Nweave is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Nweave hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
