Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, Donald Grub and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klajn shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Roberts defends it nicely.
Klajn shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Roberts pinned against the cage. Roberts gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Klajn is breathing heavily.

Roberts closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Klajn did well to prevent Roberts getting side control.

Roberts working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Roberts cracks Klajn with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Roberts breaks from Klajn's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Roberts lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Roberts controlling the pace for now.
Roberts lands a big shot there that rocks Klajn but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Klajn gets back to half guard.

Roberts got a little sloppy there for a moment and Klajn has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Roberts has managed to get both his arms back between Klajn's legs - danger averted.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Well Roberts has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
