PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bob Le Bricoleur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Liger Yu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Le Bricoleur might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bob Le Bricoleur. Liger Yu told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yu fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Le Bricoleur.
Yu listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Le Bricoleur lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Yu circles away quickly and effectively.
Yu throws a head kick that misses.
Yu tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Le Bricoleur paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Yu wants to clinch up but Le Bricoleur keeps it at a distance.
Yu tries to clinch up but Le Bricoleur circles away and keeps his distance.
Le Bricoleur fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Yu tries to close the distance and clinch up but Le Bricoleur swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Le Bricoleur throws a series of punches but Yu moves out of range.
Yu takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Yu clinches up with Le Bricoleur and pushes him back against the ropes.

Yu wants to break free but Le Bricoleur has control.

Le Bricoleur has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Yu escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Le Bricoleur seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Yu shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Le Bricoleur is backing up but Yu catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Le Bricoleur covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Yu Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
