Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

tomkins closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. fried did well to prevent tomkins getting side control.
fried is trying to stand back up but tomkins is controlling him
tomkins seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
tomkins is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for fried!
fried really doesn't want to stay on the ground with tomkins. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
fried wants to get back to his feet.

fried is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! tomkins has taken his back!
fried is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
tomkins lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
tomkins really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for fried.

tomkins seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down fried for as long as he can get away with.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

tomkins is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. fried has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but tomkins has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! fried taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. tomkins doesn't care though - he's delighted!
