Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Freddy James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Savage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). James comes to the cage accompanied by Temper Temper by Goldie. Savage has chosen Guns Of Brixton as his entrance music. Randy Savage is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James misses with a double jab.
James rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Savage moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Freddy James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
James throws a right and a left that both miss.
James misses with a jab, cross combination.
Savage fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Savage tries to clinch up.
James goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
James stuffs the takedown.

and Savage counters with a big head kick but James shrugs it off.

enabling James to counter with a crisp jab.

and Savage decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in James's guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

and Savage counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as James holds on and takes a little breather.

James has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Savage off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Savage thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
James is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Randy Savage.
I've got Savage winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
