The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carlos swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Tsuna drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Tsuna grinds an elbow into Carlos's temple.
Tsuna is chipping away with strikes.
Carlos is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Tsuna has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Tsuna knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Carlos on the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Tsuna wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Carlos, who protects the arm well.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Tsuna is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Carlos can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tsuna, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
