Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rudy Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raymon Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Raymon Gracie was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rudy Perry!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Raymon Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Perry tries to avoid it but Gracie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Perry to the ground. Perry escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gracie.
Perry shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Perry landing punches.

Perry pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gracie is in all sorts of trouble here.

Perry lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Gracie is still in real trouble! Can Perry finish him?
Perry is in the full mount, landing strikes.
A big strike lands for Perry! That's really hurt Gracie and he's turned his back - Perry keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Perry Jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rudy Perry!
