Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Johns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bob Soszynski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johns comes into the arena with Just Another Victim blaring out of the sound system. Soszynski has chosen Hulkamania as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Johns throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Soszynski stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Soszynski wants it to stay on the feet.
Johns tries to bum rush Soszynski with a series of wild strikes but Soszynski uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Johns looks for a takedown but Soszynski sprawls well.
Johns shoots in for a double leg but Soszynski sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Soszynski lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Johns circles away quickly and effectively.
Bob Soszynski is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Johns accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Johns lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Soszynski can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Johns and Soszynski drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Johns.
