Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Stanislaw Lewandowski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nunchi Halonchi!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halonchi moves in looking to clinch but Lewandowski pushes him off.
Lewandowski circles away from the clinch attempt.
Halonchi shoots in looking for a takedown. Lewandowski tries to sprawl out of it but Halonchi keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lewandowski manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Lewandowski seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.

Halonchi is fighting off a takedown attempt but Lewandowski is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Halonchi to the mat. Halonchi regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Halonchi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lewandowski gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Halonchi wants to clinch up but Lewandowski keeps it at a distance.
Nice takedown defense from Halonchi. No joy for Lewandowski on that attempt.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Halonchi is pressed up against the cage. Lewandowski has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Halonchi down to the mat. Halonchi avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Lewandowski shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Halonchi's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lewandowski lands a couple of digs.

Halonchi has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lewandowski can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Halonchi has momentary wrist control but Lewandowski slips an elbow through the middle.
Lewandowski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Halonchi swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Halonchi has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Lewandowski doesn't defend quickly enough and Halonchi has managed to lock this one up! Can Lewandowski escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Halonchi on a fantastic submission victory.
