Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shirokov just misses with a punch to the body.
Shirokov tests Jager's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Jager shoots in looking for a takedown. Shirokov tries to sprawl out of it but Jager keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Shirokov manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Shirokov digs a good body shot into Jager's ribs.
Serguei Shirokov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jager tries a head kick but it misses.
Shirokov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Jager takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Shirokov throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jager.
Shirokov will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Shirokov throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jager stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Shirokov lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Shirokov.

Jager is rocked!
Shirokov darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Jager's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Shirokov before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
