Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mohammed al Zawahiri!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, billy Bob!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
al Zawahiri throws a head kick that misses.

It looks like billy Bob has been cut.
al Zawahiri tries a head kick but it misses.
al Zawahiri fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bob.
Bob misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Bob fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bob fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. al Zawahiri sprawls well initially but Bob persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
al Zawahiri is trying to stand up here but Bob is controlling him well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bob wants to pass the guard but al Zawahiri is defending well.
Bob is just content to waste time from the top position. al Zawahiri takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Bob won't allow al Zawahiri to get back to his feet.
al Zawahiri manages to escape and get back to his feet.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Bob.
al Zawahiri stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and al Zawahiri wants it to stay on the feet.
Mohammed al Zawahiri has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of billy Bob.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A slapping body kick lands there for al Zawahiri.
Bob looks gassed!
al Zawahiri lands a big head kick that sends Bob tumbling to the mat! al Zawahiri takes a step backwards and waves Bob back to his feet - he wants the finish!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
al Zawahiri connects with a high kick.
Bob is rocked!
al Zawahiri seems to be stalking Bob here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Bob drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
