The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn wants to clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Penn looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Penn closes the distance and pushes Cunha back into the cage.
Penn could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Penn is fighting off a takedown attempt but Cunha is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Penn to the mat. Penn regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
