The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kopoy throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ribeiro was covering up waiting for the punch and Kopoy finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Ribeiro is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a tringle but Kopoy frees his head nicely. Oh but Ribeiro has switched to an armbar! Kopoy is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
