Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stan Ross (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felix Aguinaga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ross comes into the arena with Killing in the Name of (Remix) blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aguinaga keeps the fight on the outside.
Aguinaga bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Aguinaga misses with a series of wild punches.
Ross looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Aguinaga has Ross up against the ropes in a clinch.

Ross has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Aguinaga clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Ross shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Aguinaga's guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ross connects with a nice short shot to Aguinaga's temple.

Ross is looking to take a break and control but Aguinaga is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Aguinaga drops back looking for a leg! Ross is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ross manages to kick Aguinaga off! Aguinaga jumps back into Ross's guard.
Aguinaga slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Ross is looking to sweep but instead, Aguinaga has passed into half guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Aguinaga seems to be looking for submissions.
Aguinaga lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Ross tries to get to full guard but Aguinaga has control of the leg.

Aguinaga is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Ross is trying to get back to full guard.

Ross is rocked!

Oh Ross is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Aguinaga darts in and clinches Ross up against the ropes.

Aguinaga breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Ross seems to have got his legs back now.

Aguinaga gets the takedown into side control.
Aguinaga cracks Ross with a big elbow.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Aguinaga thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Aguinaga has an Americana. Ross didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Aguinaga is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Aguinaga hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
