The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christ tries to close the distance and clinch but Crinichi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Crinichi dives in and grabs Christ's left leg, looking for a takedown. Christ pushes down on Crinichi's head and hops out.
Meriu Crinichi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
