The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Khan clinches up against the cage.

Gracie drops down looking for an ankle pick but Khan pulls his leg out and moves away.

Gracie's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Gracie avoids the elbow strike from Khan, against the cage.

Khan pushes off an throws an elbow but Gracie leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Khan tries to circle away but Gracie has him pinned against the cage.
Khan content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Gracie tries a knee to the head but Khan blocks it.
Gracie goes for a takedown attempt but Khan pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Khan defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gracie.

The referee calls for Khan to work.
Gracie blocks an elbow strike from Khan.
Khan lands with a left to the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Khan throws an elbow but it's blocked.

Khan pushes Gracie back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
