The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
succubus throws a front kick that sends Banning stumbling back into the cage.
Banning wants to clinch up but succubus keeps it at a distance.
Banning displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from succubus.
Banning dives in and grabs succubus's left leg, looking for a takedown. succubus pushes down on Banning's head and hops out.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
succubus tries to score a power double leg takedown but Banning sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten succubus somewhat.

Banning shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as succubus sprawls well. succubus wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Banning gets slowly back to his feet.
